The Referee’s Call will promptly refund your money for any new item returned within 30 days, for any reason provided the item
has not been used or worn.
All Products are warranted by the manufacturer.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Exchanges and refunds will be made within 30 days of purchase without
charge. Return shipping charges for an exchange at your request
will result in a $5.00 shipping charge. Prior authorization is
required.

Return Instructions:
Carefully pack the item(s) in the same box, if possible.
Items returned in poor condition due to poor packing may not be fully credited.
MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM ATTACHED TO A COPY
OF YOUR INVOICE!
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Prior approval must be received to return a defective item. No
action will be taken until the item is received and inspected.
Defective items will be promptly repaired or replaced as required.
Shoes may be returned for a manufacturer’s defect only and only
during the season in which they are purchased.

RETURN POLICY
The following items may not be returned:
- Supporters or undergarments of any kind
- Monogrammed or lettered items
- Any item that has been used, worn, or washed (unless defective)
- Closeout items

RETURN POSTAGE
If an item is defective or a mistake was made in filling the
order, we will refund your return postage up to $6.50.
Returns shipped
C.O.D. will not be accepted.
SALES POLICY
Occasionally an item may not be available because
of circumstances beyond our control, such as sales above anticipated
demand, production delays, factory backorders, or discontinued
product. All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing,
descriptions, and/or images are not the responsibility of The Referee’s Call.
Customers outside of Oklahoma are responsible for all applicable state
and local sales or use taxes.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders for in-stock items received by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same
day.
